Scheduled maintenance can cover lawn care, hedge trims, gutter cleaning, and water blasting for paths, walls, and mildew-prone areas. We also take care of minor repairs and paint touch-ups, and arrange licensed trades when needed. Routine checks with photo reports, plus on-call help for urgent issues.

AirBNB / VRBO Short-Term Vacation Rentals
Full care for Airbnb and VRBO properties. We clean between guest stays, change linens, restock supplies, and stage rooms for consistent guest experiences. Regular checks and minor repairs keep everything running well, with licensed trades arranged when needed. We manage bins and light exterior upkeep so the home stays guest-ready. On call for any issue, with photo reports available.

A university located in Canada, this project was to deep clean a hazardous waste situation. It was industrial cleaning of a welding training warehouse, involving toxic welding dust, that hadn't been cleaned since it was built 11 years before. Included not only soft-wash and water blasting inside and out, but also painting a courtyard wall.

Clements Centre in Canada, their 4 locations for supporting children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities by offering programs and services that promote participation and engagement. 650 square metre sized buildings. Quillan has cleaned their offices, recreational rooms, dining rooms, industrial kitchens, which all needed to be exceptionally clean for compromised immune systems despite biohazardous conditions due to limited motor and mental functions.

Regularly provided carpet cleaning and upholstery restoration in elderly care home facilities: Lakeside Gardens Senior Community in Nanaimo and Ross Place Seniors Community in Victoria, BC, Canada. 11 stories tall as well as an 8-story tower, including multiple dining rooms, recreational rooms, grand rooms, pavilions, and individual apartments. Additional services included room changeover deep cleaning and regular interior painting between tenant moves and within the centres.
